Our Programs and services aim to assist organizations and individuals in addressing mental wellness and overall health for their staff and equipping each individual with the tools to be champions of wellness.
Educational Workshop on Mental Health & Wellness
This workshop is designed to equip professionals and leaders with the skills to manage emotional stress effectively. The workshop will increase one's emotional literacy, professional interactions and overall wellness. Participants will also be equipped with tools to address mental health crises and be proactive in responsiveness for colleagues.
Mental Health First Aid Certification Training
Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues. Our facilitators provide the 6 hour training and materials required for the certification. Training can be provided virtually or in-person. You may be certified in either Youth MHFA or Adult MHFA.

Anger Management Classes
Anger can be a very misunderstood emotion sometimes. In many cases anger can cause destructive behaviors. Our goal is not to rid anger but to better understand it so it can affectively managed. We provide anger management classes for individuals and groups. If you have been mandated by the courts, we can absolutely help you meet your requirements.

CPR TRAINING - BLS/HEART SAVER
We are able to provide CPR training across the country through the American Heart Association. Trainings can offered for individuals or a group.
Once training is completed, you will get access to your certification. CPR certification is valid for 2 years.
